The PA Benefits Center works to help low-income individuals across the Commonwealth access the benefits and services for which they are eligible.
Through diverse funding and cross-sector partnerships, BDT is able to provide support for a wide variety of benefits designed to provide financial stability for seniors and families. In 2015, BDT provided assistance to over 53,000 eligible Pennsylvanians. Major initiatives that fall under the auspices of the PA Benefits Center are: The PACE Application Center and the Medicaid Initiative.
PA Department of Aging, PA Department of Human Services, City of Philadelphia, The Pew Charitable Trusts, The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, First Hospital Foundation, The Leo and Peggy Pierce Family Foundation, Connelly Foundation, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern NJ, The Opportunity Fund, and Elmer Roe Deaver Foundation.
