Favorite Quote:
"To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent persons and the affection of children, to earn the approbation of honest critics; to appreciate beauty; to give of one's self, to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived--that is to have succeeded." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Why BDT?
I love that BDT is a balance between a non-profit mission and a for-profit model. It is important to me that my work contribute in some way to improving the lives of others, and I appreciate the BDT's unique model allows us all to do that on such a large scale and with such efficiency. Our organization values kindness and compassion just as much as we do result-based strategies and that makes us truly unique! In addition, the culture that has been created by the exceptional group of people who work here makes me happy to come to work.
