Greatest Personal Accomplishment:
AmeriCorps NCCC; I managed to live and work with the same ten individuals for ten months. I learned more about myself, others, work, and life in that period of time than I have in the last ten years doing anything else.
Why BDT?
After spending the better part of two years in the non-profit world, I can't imagine working in any other. Being a non-proft, BDT has the first part covered, while also offering an amazing group of co-workers and an enjoyable work environment.
