In 2008, Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter and BDT announced the joint launch of the BenePhilly Enrollment Center, a citywide initiative to improve access to multiple benefit programs for low-income seniors.

Since 2007, BDT has partnered with the PA Department of Aging to identify and apply older Pennsylvanians for the state pharmaceutical assistance program (PACE/PACENET) and/or Medicare Extra Help (LIS).
