Kaiser Permanente
BDT began its first national outreach program in partnership with the National Council on Aging (NCOA) and Kaiser Permanente. Using a combination of direct mail and transfers from Kaiser Permanente call centers, BDT was able to assist over 11,400 eligible individuals apply for LIS.
