Caiti Roth-Eisenberg is a Policy Manager at Benefits Data Trust. She joined the Policy Team in 2019 after serving in several other roles at BDT, bringing with her a decade of experience in the health and human services sector.  

Her work focuses on increasing access to public nutrition programs, including WIC and SNAP. In her role as Policy Manager, Caiti leads technical assistance projects with states and shares best practices through published resources. She also leads data analysis projects to estimate benefit gaps that result from under-enrollment and tracks the impact of BDT’s policy and practice change work.   

Caiti holds a dual Master of Public Administration and Master of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
