Vikki Wachino is Principal of Viaduct Consulting, LLC, which advises mission-driven healthcare organizations on Medicaid policy, strategy, and operations. She previously served as Deputy Administrator and Director of the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services, overseeing the Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Programs. Vikki has also held leadership roles at the Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, NORC at the University of Chicago, and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. She holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
