Warren led the Olde City Service Corporation, a private money management firm, for 17 years. He also served as Director, Consultant, acting CEO, and finally Chairman of the Board of Arcadia Financial, a Minnesota based automobile finance company (now part of Citigroup). Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President, CFO, and Vice Chairman at the Advanta Corporation. He also led the Financial Services Division in Philadelphia at Arthur Andersen. Warren has served on a variety of boarding including the National Council of Aging, the Institute on Aging at University of Pennsylvania, and the Board of Surgery for The Pennsylvania Health System. He holds an MBA from Temple University.
